As a professional OEM/ODM emergency radio manufacturer, MEDING is able to make one-stop customized services for different types emergency radio according to the needs of our customers.
Requirement collecting
Communicate with customers to collect the customer’s requirements.
Engineer drawing
MEDING's engineer drew the design and confirmed with the customer. If adjustments needed, our engineer will change and reconfirm it.
Design & Manufacture
After the drawing confirmed, we will sign a contract and letter of authorization. Then we start to make the sample.
Machine testing
After the sample finished, MEDING’s staff will test it and then send it to customers for checking and testing.
Packing
Customers take part in the whole testing process and confirm the sample. Then we put it into mass production.
Delivery
MEDING will choose the best way to deliver goods to our customers.

Are you a factory or a trading company?
- We are a factory with 10 years of experience in Meding production.
Can I have a sample order?
- Yes, we welcome sample orders for testing and quality checking. Mixed samples are acceptable.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
- We usually ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT, with delivery taking approximately 3-5 days. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.
Is it possible to print my logo on the radio product?
- Yes, please inform us formally before production and confirm the design based on our sample.
Do you have any MOQ limit for radio orders?
- We have a low MOQ, with 1 piece available for sample checking.
What about the lead time?
- Samples require 3-5 days, while mass production typically takes 1-2 weeks for order quantities exceeding a certain amount.
Which port is nearest to you?
- Zhuhai/Zhongshan/Shenzhen/Guangzhou Ports are all optional.
What's the lead time for mass orders?
- For 1000 PCS, it's 5-7 working days, and for 10000 PCS, it's 15-20 working days.
